Flanges Rolled and Forged
Standard Flanges (Weld-neck, Slip-on, Socket-weld,
Lap-joint, Blind and Screwed Types) are manufactured to specifications of
ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, ASMEB16.48, BS EN 1092, BS 4504, API-605, API-590,
MSSSP44, DIN 2632 to 2638, DIN 2576, 2642, 2527, 2566. Flanges cover full
range of pressure ratings of these specifications (150 - 2500 psi for ASME &
PN6-PN400 for DIN / EN flanges) Non Standard flanges are made upto a
diameter of 4000 mm and the weight not exceeding 5,000 kgs.
Types of Flanges
We manufacture various type of steel flanges, pipe flanges, steel pipe flanges, stainless steel pipe flanges, stainless steel flanges as per customer
recognized material standard (ASME/ANSI/DIN). The flanges are also
manufactured as per customer specific requirement/ drawings.
Weld Neck Flanges
Application: These are mainly used on heat coupling of pipes when there is
possibility of expansion of the section while bending stress on the
coupling.
Slip on Flanges
Application: Used in quick assembly to save the cost, these are also used
in less strict requirements in terms of length of pipe section.
Socket Welding Flanges
Application: Recommended for orifice flanges. These work as substitute for
slip-on flanges in the cases where the diameter of the tube is very small
and working pressure is very high.
Lap joint Flanges
Application: These are primarily used when quick assembly and disassembly
of pipeline section is required under limited working pressure.
Threaded Flanges
Application: These flanges are used in special requirements to work under
high temperature and pressure, making sure no welding joint is made at the
assembly.
