Our range of precision rolled rings, rolled rings, steel rolled rings and precision steel rings are manufactured to
closed tolerances which allows for minimum material allowance and very
little waste. The seamless rolled ring is produced on an automatic 4000 MT
hydraulic press to form a hollow "donut". This donut is heated
above the recrystallization temperature and placed over the idler or mandrel
roll. This idler roll then moves under pressure toward a drive roll that
continuously rotates to reduce the wall thickness, thereby increasing the
diameters (I.D. and O.D.) of the resulting ring.
The seamless rolled rings offer superior integrity for demanding
engineering applications across various industries. These rings can be
produced in various configurations ranging from flat washer-like parts to
tall and cylindrical shapes. Using the latest technology, we can also
produce seamless rolled rings in complex, custom shapes with contours on
outside diameters. Our seamless rolled rings provide a cost-effective
alternative to fabricated rings from steel plate.
